How much does a building cost?
Just like every major purchase, it depends on what you want your new building to be. Any "square foot" price will be affected by size, height, accessories, etc. The larger the building is, the less per "square foot". The best way is to call in for information and accurate pricing.
Will I receive engineered drawings?
Yes, every El Dorado Building Systems building comes complete with a set of engineered structural drawings that are stamped by an engineer for your specific state.
How about my foundation and concrete?
We suggest that you contact a local foundation expert that is familiar with your location and county/city codes. They will be able to design a system that is safe and economical at the same time.

What kind of accessories are available?
Virtually any accessory or option that you can imagine can be incorporated into your new building. Windows, doors, skylights, vents, garage doors, porches, etc.

Will the county/city allow a building like yours?
Some areas have ordinances against size and location, but normally don't restrict the use of pre-engineered steel. But virtually any area will allow all metal buildings. Some area's suggest you use a building like ours because of their safety record and code compliance.

What code does my area require?
A quick call to your local building official will let you know which code your area has adopted.

How long will it take to get my building?
Most buildings will only take 6 to 8 weeks to fabricate, and it is shipped straight to your jobsite.

Who unloads and installs my building?
Some people chose to do their own erection. Your building will be shipped with easy to read directions. If you choose to not do it yourself, we would be happy to provide you with installation services.

How long will installation take?
The time it takes to install each building depends on the size, complexity, and of course the weather. Most buildings will be completed inside of 2 weeks after start.

Types of Metal Building Designs
Clear Span
Wide open spaces are the advantage with our Clear Span Structures. Available from 30 feet to 120 feet wide, this system has several frame designs and provides a clear span structure at an economical price.
Single Slope
The Single Slope is ideal for a width extension on an existing facility. Available up to 80 feet wide without a center column, the single slope is the standard for strip centers and many commercial facilities.
Modular Span
From 80 feet to 240 feet, the Modular Span is the choice for industrial and warehouse use. The interior columns make this an economical structure for the project requiring the maximum square footage at a minimum cost.
